Elite Fenestration Pvt Ltd is a Mumbai based firm Founded in 1980 by the Name of “Modi Aluminium & Glass” which dealt in Windows & Railings for High Rise Building Projects by reputed builders, later expanding into Architecture & Interiors Business by the Name of “Elite Interior & Designing” and recently upgraded to a Private Limited Company, “Elite Fenestration Private Limited”, which is proud to have a Rich History, 40+ years of stellar experience and a family of exuberant customers.

Welcome to our Exclusive, State-of-the-Art, Experience Centre an Exquisite Manifestation of our skill and ingenuity. Sprawling over 2000 square feet area, adorned with an awe-inspiring glass façade, elegant screens, a marble stair case and a one of a kind glass bridge walking over which is sublime in itself. Other than an Incredible Feat of Design and Engineering the Glass Bridge also serves as a display for you to experience and immerse yourself in the multitude of wonders that ELITE Fenestration Private Limited has to offer you.
We also have 3 Fully Equipped and Functional, Manufacturing Units over 7000 sq. ft. area in Navi Mumbai which helps us to achieve production output of 50,000 sq. ft. windows and other fenestration products per month.
Alongside we have an exclusive R&D Workshop to constantly Innovate, Advance & provide our clients with customized solutions.
In 2015, we expanded our business to Tanzania, East Africa. Having set up our Office and Factory at Dar Es Salaam, we are overwhelmed with the response.
With this successful venture we are now planning to further diversify our business to other East African countries, starting with Uganda & Rwanda in 2020. And South Sudan & Burundi within a few years.
